Week 4 - Cooking


  • Breakfast - overnight oats. Add own fruit, suggest other options to add and try.

  • Snacks - carrots, celery, peppers and cucumber. 

  • Make a smoothie as a group and taste.

  • Plan their own dinner based on the ‘eat well’ plate.

  • Reinforce nutritional information from week one.
